What will we do in my 6-week program?

Exploration and Re-Discovery

In the first two weeks, we will deeply analyze both internal and external aspects of the brand to understand its essence. This will provide us with a platform to continue this process.

It is an excellent opportunity to look at the brand from within and reconnect with it. Why do I delve into this stage? I have noticed with some of my clients that, due to the day-to-day hustle, they take vital aspects for building a brand strategy for granted. Therefore, this stage is a re-discovery that allows us to see it from a new position and appreciation, enabling us to create defensive, reorientation, survival, and positioning strategies.

Pause, Listen, and Understand

This is the most important week that will connect the heart of the company with its soul, where we connect with the question: Why are we doing this? And I ask you again, Why? How do we do it? What are we really offering to the market?

Creating the Path for the Vision

Now understanding the why, we look towards the present along with our daily actions from our truth and essence; which help us visualize and create the future we envision for our brand. In that sense, we must understand that a brand itself produces benefits for its consumer from emotional to functional. By discovering these attributes, they will help us understand the needs of the clients and, therefore, clarify who they are.

Values, Audience, and Mantras

Another aspect that characterizes a brand is the values it upholds, which differentiate it, guide the way it interacts, and dictate the actions the brand takes. We will also understand who our audience really is, who we are speaking to, and we will ask ourselves what they feel. We will create that MARKET to efficiently and effectively direct every strategy; led by the brand’s promise and mantra.

Personality and Positioning

With everything created aspects such as the slogan are being defined, that phrase that in a few words says what you want people to understand about your brand and captures attention along with the personality: which nurtures the brand in its tone, form, expression, and decisions. We will summarize this process by making the positioning statement that allows us to have the argument to fluidly express everything the brand is.

And with this, we give light to a true brand strategy created from your soul and essence.

In the end, you will have the foundation for a graphic or web designer, content creator, architect, or even a manager to interpret the essence of your brand and thus perform their work directly connected to it. 

I have noticed that some people think that by changing the logo, everything will be fixed, that employees will connect with the company culture, or that customers will be loyal. But what a company may really lack is a BRAND STRATEGY aligned with the essence of the company.

For example: To me, the logo is just one point within the universe of the marketing world. There is much more to discover to reach the soul of the company and then be able to transmit it in all the graphic identity, manuals, company policies, or any form of internal or external communication of the entity.
